The standard size for scarf care labels is generally:

The exact size may vary depending on the size of the scarf and brand requirements, but it typically stays within this range to ensure easy sewing and clear readability.
Additionally, if you prefer a faster and more budget-friendly option, machine-sewn labels are a good choice. Hand-sewn labels cost a bit more, but they are easier for customers to remove.

Custom Your Packages
Regular digital printing
Regular digital printing excels at reproducing detailed artwork and complex images, delivering sharp patterns and vibrant colors.
This method is well-suited for producing large batches of custom scarves efficiently, with sample production typically taking 7–10 days and mass production about 15–20 days.
However, the color intensity on the reverse side may be less vivid than on the front, and results can vary depending on the fabric’s type and thickness.
Double-sided digital
Double-sided digital printing is an enhanced version of regular digital printing, enabling artwork to be printed on both sides of the fabric.
This method ensures excellent ink penetration, allowing either matching or different designs on each side—essentially giving you two scarves in one.
However, it requires a longer production time, comes at a higher cost, and has a minimum order quantity of 50 pieces per design.
Screen printing
Screen printing produces rich, vibrant colors with deep saturation and sharp lines on both sides, offering better quality than standard digital printing.
This classic technique is highly versatile and valued for its durability, frequently used by luxury brands like Hermès.
For bulk orders, screen printing can be an economical choice. The minimum order is 100–200 pieces per design. Due to its complexity, pricing is usually higher, around $30–40 per color.
